Products and Vintage Condition

More & Cope offers vintage, antique, pre-owned, artisan, and other limited-quantity goods. Many products are one-of-a-kind.

Vintage and antique items may show signs of previous use and age, including patina, minor scratches, variations in finish, and other age-appropriate characteristics. These characteristics are not considered defects when they are disclosed or reasonably visible in product photographs.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe the condition, materials, maker, age, dimensions, markings, and other characteristics of each item.

Descriptions relating to age, origin, attribution, maker, material, or period are based on visible hallmarks, available provenance, research, and our best assessment. When an attribution or material is uncertain, we aim to describe that uncertainty clearly.

Product Availability

Because many items are one-of-a-kind or available in limited quantity, adding a product to your cart does not reserve it.

An item is not considered sold until checkout has been successfully completed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if an item becomes unavailable because of an inventory error, damage discovered before shipment, pricing error, or other exceptional circumstance.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, gift-presentation fees, and other charges will be shown before checkout where required.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Gift Presentation

Signature Gift Presentation is an optional paid service where available.

Gift presentation, wrapping materials, ribbon, cards, and presentation details may vary slightly depending on the size and nature of the item.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, written descriptions, branding, graphics, site content, and other original More & Cope materials are owned by or licensed to More & Cope and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Acceptable Use

You may not use this website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means to misuse or exploit the website.

Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, marketing, and other service providers.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, availability, photographs, pricing, and other site information accurate. However, errors or omissions may occasionally occur.
