More & Cope carefully packs each order with particular attention to the needs of vintage, antique, silver, crystal, glassware, and other fragile pieces.

Processing

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days.

You will receive tracking information by email when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout.

Eligible orders over $150 receive free standard shipping where indicated at checkout.

Because many More & Cope pieces are one-of-a-kind and require careful packing, oversized or unusually fragile items may have different shipping arrangements where noted.

Delivery Times

Carrier transit times are estimates and may vary because of weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside More & Cope’s control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has shipped.

South Florida Local Delivery

White glove local delivery is available for select orders in South Florida. Availability and any applicable delivery charge will depend on the item and delivery location.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and all packaging.

Please keep the original box and packing materials while we resolve the issue.
